As many of you are aware, our homes were built in the 1990’s and just like our homes,
updates and renovations will continue to be made. Over the past few years, we’ve had to
dig deep into our savings, so that we could update our largest amenity, the pool. The demo
and replastering of our pool along with the updated pool facilities were a must and done
with overlooking other things that needed help as well. Wood retaining walls along our
sidewalks and bordering the tennis courts are in bad shape and need to be replaced. Our
tennis courts are needing heavy maintenance done as well. With the cost of services ever
rising, your HOA dues are more important than ever! To make these improvements, it is
imperative that you pay your HOA fees in a timely manner and avoid any late fees that
could accrue.
Please remember to look over your covenants and bylaws and understand
what can be done and what requires board approval. All this information can be quickly
accessed under the News & Docs webpage. We are happy with how smooth
the pool opening has gone and a very special thank you goes out to Norma, Lois and
Joseph for keeping our pool areas looking great! School is out and kids are on the street,
please do not speed, be vigilant and take care of one another. We enjoyed seeing everyone
who made it out to our annual pool party. We hope to see you all again on Thursday, June
22, 2023 at 7pm for our HOA meeting!
