Party Contract and Info for Wisteria Place Pool Pavilion Reservation

All parties held at the Pool Pavilion area must first be approved by the Wisteria Place Pool Committee.

  • The pavilion cannot be reserved when a community social event is scheduled.
  • Reservations may be postponed in the event of a suddenly planned community social event.
  • A $25 deposit will be required to reserve the pavilion for parties involving non-residents.
    • *The deposit check will be shredded after the party, if pavilion is left neat and clean.
  • All party trash needs to be bagged, tied shut and placed in the large trash bin
    • Extra bags will be left on the trash can handles.
    • Trash must be bagged, sealed, and placed in large trash bins for check to be shredded.
    • There are trash bags available in the bathrooms.
  • Size of the party needs to be limited to 20 persons.
  • Parties may be a maximum of 4 hours.
  • Pool rules are posted and need to be followed by all party guests.
  • Please use the pavilion area for food and drink.
  • Music needs to be kept at a moderate level.
  • Gates may not be propped open.
  • The Wisteria Place Resident that reserves the pool pavilion, must be present at the party.

Please remember that the pool will still be open to all residents and that common courtesy must be shown when using the pavilion.

Please fill out the pool pavilion reservation form no later than one week prior to party. The pool committee will contact you as soon as possible to verify availability. Once your reservation has been verified it will be posted on the community calendar.
